Hi there…

I’m a strategic advisor and non-executive director.

My focus is AI and digital investment assets.

My main activities are:

futurefy - an advisor to corporates and not-for-profits, mainly on AI solutions
the Global REIT Alliance, which was launched in Stockholm in September 2025.
experimental research (please see my research themes and projects)
a website called reitplanet.com - currently in build mode
blogs, public speaking and private briefings.

I split my time equally between Sydney, Asia and beyond.
